Job Title : Salesforce Developer (Service Cloud) – B2 & B3

Location : Bangalore (Work From Office – 5 Days Mandatory)

Experience :

B2 : 5+ Years
B3 : 7+ Years
Employment Type : Full-Time
Notice Period : Only candidates who can join within 30 days
Compensation : As per company standards
Assessment : iMocha test is mandatory before the interview drive

About the Role

We are hiring Salesforce Developers with strong expertise in Service Cloud + Omni Channel . You will be responsible for designing, developing, and scaling enterprise-grade applications for global Fortune 100 clients. The role requires deep Salesforce development experience, strong technical judgment, and high-quality delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Required Expertise

5–8 years of Salesforce development experience (Service Cloud + Omni Channel is mandatory)

Strong in Apex, SOQL, SOSL , and integrations

Experience with SOAP / REST APIs , Bulk API, Metadata API

Hands-on with Aura, LWC, JavaScript

Salesforce Data Cloud Certification (Required)

Experience integrating Salesforce with 3rd-party apps & AppExchange tools

Strong knowledge of CI / CD, Jenkins, deployment processes

Knowledge of scalable, secure system architectures

Experience with MuleSoft , SQL / RDBMS, data management, SOA principles (good to have)
