Role Overview :
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic professional to join us as an Associate – Campus Engagement & Sales . In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding, activating, and engaging campus ambassadors while guiding them to achieve business targets. The position demands strong relationship-building skills, sales acumen, and the ability to design engagement strategies that drive performance.
Key Responsibilities :
Build and maintain strong relationships with campus ambassadors, serving as the single point of contact for queries and consistent engagement.
Conduct field visits to colleges in assigned locations for onboarding new ambassadors, ensuring timely activation and performance alignment.
Regularly connect with onboarded leads via calls to activate, engage, and support them in the program.
Guide campus ambassadors with effective sales strategies to ensure achievement of monthly business targets.
Monitor and analyze ambassador engagement and performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Assist in designing and executing engagement initiatives to enhance the overall impact and effectiveness of the Campus Ambassador Program.
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Sales mindset with the ability to guide and motivate others toward achieving targets.
Analytical ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Comfortable working in a hybrid setup (office + field visits).
Prior experience in sales, business development, or campus engagement is an advantage
