Key responsibilities :
Responsible for pan India end to end hiring for Junior to Mid-level positions within the defined TAT parameters.
Responsible for connecting with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
Responsible for end-to-end Talent Acquisition process for Pan India location on HRMS system.
Assist in driving the full spectrum of recruiting from sourcing, screening, coordination and selection activities.
Identifying and partnering with external vendor partners as required to ensure hiring needs are met.
Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events, campus recruitment and job fairs.
Conduct preliminary interviews with incumbents to gauge their interest and overall role fitment as per the requirement.
Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and HR Operations team
Key Skills Required :
3-5 years of experience in technical / manufacturing hiring.
TECHNICAL :
Well versed with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn)
Negotiation skills
Proficient in MS Office & HRMS
BEHAVIOURAL :
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good convincing skills
