Role Overview :

As a Product Designer at Bureau, you will shape how users visualize, manage, and optimize risk decisions.

Youll own the end-to-end UX / UI for sophisticated capabilities like workflow builder, orchestration, behavioral biometrics UI, rule configuration, and Device ID reporting.

Your designs will bring clarity, trust, and precision to decision-making in high-stakes environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Translate complex orchestration flows, rule engines, and case management dashboards into intuitive, user-friendly designs that empower risk, product, and engineering teams.
• Create end user experience to build advanced, super clean and intuitive onboarding and verification journey for large enterprises.
• Create seamless experiences for behavioural biometrics insights and Device ID dashboards, helping users interpret risk signals, override decisions, and manage fraud in real time.
• Build and maintain design systems, components, and style guidelines to ensure consistency across Bureaus multi-signal platform.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to translate AI-powered workflows into cohesive visual experiences; ensure feasibility and fidelity throughout the design journey.
• Conduct research and usability studies with real users in risk, product, and compliance functions to iterate interfaces that deliver clarity, speed, and trust.
• Provide pixel-perfect assets and design specs that accelerate development and elevate execution quality.
