The Opportunity

We’re growing fast — and we’re looking for ambitious Senior Consultants and CSMs who want to build something bigger than just a desk.

You’ll be recruiting across exciting verticals :

  • Product & Design | Engineering | Executive Search | Infrastructure & Cloud | Data & Analytics

    • You’ll work with startups, scaleups, and established tech brands — helping shape the teams that are redefining industries.

    About You

    You’re not just a recruiter. You’re a trusted advisor who gets business, gets people, and gets results.

    You bring :

  • 7+ years of success in Enterprise, GTM, or Tech recruitment
  • Confidence partnering with senior leaders as a true Talent Advisor
  • A balance of strategy and hustle — you know how to prioritise what moves the needle
  • A data-informed, market-savvy approach
  • A natural sense of urgency and accountability
  • A curious mind, a positive attitude, and a drive to win

    • What You’ll Do

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing to closing
  • Build strong partnerships with clients and candidates
  • Run interviews, negotiate offers, and craft great experiences on both sides
  • Strategise sourcing campaigns and bring creative ideas to the table
  • Present to clients, manage key accounts, and lead conversations with impact
  • Collaborate with our internal team to grow our reach and refine our processes
  • Champion our brand in the market — be the go-to in your space

  • Executive & Project Leadership : Executive Search, PMs, BAs, PMO, Change Managers, Delivery Leads

  • Product & Design : Product Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, UX / UI, Visual & Service Designers
  • Business Systems & Growth : ERP, Open Source Engineering, Sales & Marketing
