Structural Design Engineer (01 / 10 / 2025)

Required Skillset : NX, ANSYS, GD&T, Microsoft office

Required Experience : 7- 11 years

Location : Bangalore

Must Have :

1. Hands on experience in 3D CAD models and ply lay-up drawing definitions, design of mold / bond tools, jigs, and fixtures for composite manufacturing processes, optimizing efficiency and quality

2. Understanding of Engineering drawings

3. Able to understand and interpret GD & T

4. BE in Mechanical Engineering

5. Must have hands on experience in 3D CAD models and ply lay-up drawing definitions

6. Hands on experience in design of mold / bond tools, jigs, and fixtures for composite manufacturing processes, optimizing efficiency and quality.

7. Hands on experience in driving Design for Manufacturing session with supplier

8. Exposure in fabrics, fibers of carbon, glass, Kevlar

9. Hands on experience in composite manufacturing techniques like layup, molding, and curing

10. Experience in AS9145 (APQP) and AS9100 quality standards
