Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance / Cost / Data Analyst to manage financial data, perform cost analysis, and provide insights to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial modeling, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze financial data, costs, and operational metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
Prepare reports on cost, revenue, profitability, and budget variances.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance and projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights for decision-making.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting.
Identify areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and actionable manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.

2–6 years of experience in financial analysis, cost analysis, or data analytics.

Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Excellent communication and reporting skills.
