Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Care Executive. The role is located in Kochi with some work-from-home flexibility. As a Customer Care Executive, you will interact with customers to provide service information, manage customer queries, handle complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will coordinate with the sales team for cross-functional support and contribute to improving service procedures and standards.
