Work Hours : Overlap with U.S. time zone — up to 12 : 00 PM Pacific Time (PT)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Experience Cloud and modern headless CMS integration . The ideal candidate will combine robust backend Salesforce development experience with solid UI and web development capabilities — delivering scalable, high-quality, and accessible digital experiences that comply with WCAG 2.2 AA standards .

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Salesforce Architects , Product Managers , UX experts , and Delivery Leads to translate complex business needs into scalable, well-architected Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions .
• Design and develop backend components, custom integrations , and APIs connecting Salesforce with headless CMS platforms (preferably Sanity ) and other external systems.
• Build and maintain responsive, accessible, and high-performing Experience Cloud sites compliant with WCAG 2.2 AA standards.
• Enhance site functionality with personalization , multilingual content , and SEO optimization features.
• Define and implement CI / CD pipelines using tools such as Gearset, Bitbucket, or GitHub for automated, reliable, and repeatable deployments.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code , conduct peer reviews, and follow Salesforce best practices and design patterns .
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce platform features , Experience Cloud enhancements, and modern web technologies.
