Procurement & Supplier Coordinator - 1+

About the Role :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement & Supplier Coordinator to join us on a contractual, remote basis. The role involves sourcing high-quality raw herbs, oils, and extracts from trusted manufacturers while ensuring best commercial terms and compliance with certifications.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and develop a reliable supplier base for Ayurvedic ingredients.

Negotiate MOQs, delivery timelines, and quality terms with vendors.

Maintain supplier contracts, certifications, and compliance records.

Ensure timely coordination between suppliers, labs, and internal QA teams.

Build strong vendor relationships to support long-term partnerships.

Requirements :

2–4 years’ experience in sourcing / procurement in Agro, Pharma, or AYUSH industries.

Strong negotiation, vendor management, and contract handling skills.

Understanding of certifications, compliance, and quality terms.

Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
