Position Overview

Doorto360 Animations is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development (Sales) Intern to join our remote team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the full sales cycle, from client engagement to deal closure. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator passionate about sales and our innovative virtual environment services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively meet with potential clients to present and explain Doorto360's services and creating database
  • Manage the sales pipeline and successfully close deals to meet targets.
  • Submit daily reports on client meetings, progress, and sales activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written English proficiency.
  • Strong effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrable interest or skills in sales strategy and negotiation.
  • Natural leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in MS-Excel for reporting.
  • Compensation & Perks

  • Stipend Structure :
  • Total monthly earning potential of ₹ 18,000 - ₹ 55,000.

  • Fixed Component :
  • ,000 per month.

  • Incentive Component :
  • ₹ 10,000 - ₹ 40,000 per month (based on performance).

  • Internship Certificate upon successful completion.
  • Letter of Recommendation (LOR).
  • Internship Tenure

  • 3 Months (Extendable depends on performance)
