Job Description :

As a Project Manager, you will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while working closely with cross-functional teams. Your role will involve managing project timelines, resources, and client expectations to ensure successful completion of projects aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead project planning sessions and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to meet project goals.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with technical teams, including developers, QA, and designers, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and manage expectations.
  • Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Facilitate project meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree from a well reputed college with 3-6 years of experience as a Project Manager in technology-driven projects, preferably in community health or public health sectors.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team environment.
  • Preferred (Not Required) :

  • Experience with healthcare, Medicaid, or community health solutions.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7, CCDA).
  • Prior experience working with US-based clients or healthcare organizations.
