Job Overview

Position Summary :

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst with a strong foundation in digital transformation, enterprise systems, and multi-domain exposure across Healthcare, BFSI, Retail, ERP, CMS, and CRM ecosystems . The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to both business and technology stakeholders — driving requirement clarity, delivering enterprise-grade solutions, and ensuring alignment with operational and customer experience goals. This role combines analytical excellence, stakeholder engagement, and business-technology fluency to support end-to-end project success.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Analysis & Solution Scoping

• Lead stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions to elicit and refine business requirements across diverse domains.
• Define and document business processes, user journeys, use cases, and business rules across B2B and B2C environments.
• Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and feasibility studies to inform architecture and product decisions.
