Graphic Designer Role

About the Role :

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support Biocon Biologics' brand and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality marketing materials, digital assets, and visual content that align with Sphaera, Biocon Biologics' global brand identity. Experience in film / animation is desirable.

Brand & Marketing Design

Create and adapt visually engaging

Marketing collaterals and promotional materials (offline & online)

ATL & BTL materials, including PoS materials

Presentations and infographics

Ensure adherence to Biocon Biologics' Corporate and Product brand identity, across all design outputs.

Develop social media creatives, emailers, and event branding materials to support global marketing campaigns.

Support the design of scientific and promotional materials, ensuring clarity and compliance.

File Management & Process Compliance

Maintain an organized repository for all design files, templates, and brand assets. Follow proper version control and documentation to track design updates.

Multimedia & Animation (Desirable)

Conceptualize and develop motion graphics, video content, and basic animations to enhance storytelling.

Qualifications :

Master’s / bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

4-6 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in advertising or design agency

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and branding.

Strong understanding of print production and artwork development

Knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other animation software (desirable).

Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Effective communication and collaboration skills
