Site Safety Coordinator

Location : Mumbai, Maharashtra

Experience : 1–2 Years

Qualification : Diploma in Industrial Safety / Fire & Safety

Salary Range : ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Safety Steward to support our site safety operations in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with all safety standards, assist in implementing safety policies, and promote a safe working environment for all employees and contractors.

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.
• Conduct routine safety inspections, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
• Assist in the identification and mitigation of potential hazards and unsafe practices.
• Support the Safety Officer / Manager in maintaining safety documentation and records.
• Ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) by all site personnel.
• Report and assist in investigating accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
• Help implement emergency preparedness and response plans.
• Promote safety awareness among workers through training and on-site communication.
