We’re Hiring : HR Intern (Onsite)

Company : AventIQ

Location : South Delhi (Onsite)

Internship Duration : 6 Months

Start Date : Immediate

Stipend :

  • Month 1 : Unpaid (Training period)
  • Month 2 onwards : ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 / month (Performance-based)

About the Role

AventIQ is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team in South Delhi. This is a full-time, onsite internship designed to provide hands-on experience across various HR functions. The role offers excellent exposure to recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations in a professional and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
  • Support interview coordination and follow-ups
  • Maintain HR databases and employee records
  • Assist in onboarding processes and documentation
  • Contribute to HR initiatives and daily operations

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
