Janitri is driving the future of maternal and newborn health through institutional partnerships with hospitals, government programs, and diagnostic chains. We’re looking for a B2B SEO Specialist to increase our discoverability among decision-makers and generate organic inbound leads from hospitals, procurement teams, and public health platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who understands B2B keyword strategy, technical SEO, and content optimization in a clinical or professional space, and who can turn organic search into a lead-generating engine.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategy & Planning
Own the SEO roadmap for hospital-facing, B2B landing pages and resources
Conduct in-depth keyword research relevant to hospital procurement, maternal health devices, and clinical workflows
Define and track SEO KPIs tied to visibility, traffic quality, and lead form conversions
On-Page & Technical SEO
Optimize website structure, metadata, headings, page speed, schema markup, and internal linking
Ensure technical health via regular audits using tools like Screaming Frog, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
Collaborate with the tech team to implement best practices for indexing, crawlability, and page performance
Content SEO
Build and optimize landing pages, use-case pages, whitepaper hubs, blog articles focused on B2B audiences
Create content briefs for case studies, institutional guides, or healthcare policy summaries
Work with content writers to ensure medical accuracy + SEO alignment
Reporting & Analytics
Use Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party tools to track organic performance
Provide monthly reports with action items to improve domain authority and lead flow
Monitor competitor SEO moves and suggest counter strategies
You’re a Great Fit If You :
Have 2–4 years of experience in B2B SEO, ideally for healthcare, SaaS, or gov-tech products
Know how to target decision-makers through search and build long-term content funnels
Are comfortable with both technical SEO and content collaboration
Understand the balance between credibility, clinical relevance, and search performance
Have worked closely with dev and content teams to improve SEO across formats
