Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and support HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas, OTBI, BI Publisher reports, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations.
  • Configure and manage reporting and integration flows for Core HR, ORC, and related HCM modules.
  • Build and customize data models, dashboards, bursting logic, and layout templates to meet business reporting requirements.
  • Support end-to-end functional flows (Hire to Retire) including ORC to Core HR transitions – Candidate → Pending Worker → Employee.
  • Develop and manage HDL-based data loads and inbound / outbound integrations with third-party systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across HCM tools, ensuring timely support to business users.

Technical Skills :

  • BI Publisher (BIP) : Develop custom reports, build complex data models, configure bursting, and customize layouts.
  • OTBI (Oracle Transactional BI) : Create real-time dashboards and analytics using subject areas (e.G., Recruiting, Core HR, Workforce).
  • HCM Extracts : Design, schedule, and monitor extracts for HR / recruiting data exchange with external systems.
  • Fast Formulas : Able to build, debug and maintain formulas.
