Job description

We’re looking for a Influencer Marketing Expert to join our Brand Solutions team. This position requires a great personality, strong organizational skills, and a relentless passion for all things Social Media.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Plan and deliver influencer campaigns, including paid amplification and measurement strategy across all leading platforms.
  • Provide input and craft quality proposals, presentations, pitches, or reports. Build and execute business plans to grow the Creator community.
  • Identify upcoming influencers and maintain excellent work. Relationships with bloggers and influencers to publish content and maximize campaign exposure.
  • Assist in delivering proposals, activity plans, and projects according to the client’s requirements.
  • Take ownership of the execution and management of daily activities. Manage post-campaign evaluation, highlighting strengths and identifying opportunities to improve future campaigns.
  • Keep abreast of FTC guidelines, emerging partners, innovations, talent, platforms, and tools while maintaining program compliance and providing recommendations.
  • Clearly understand ROI and measurement tools surrounding influencers (both to identify and evaluate).
  • Proactively contribute to the development and updating of case studies and other credentials.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

  • 1- 3 yrs experience managing influencer programming across multiple channels, within a media buying, advertising, communications, marketing, or Public relations environment.
  • Deep understanding of paid social targeting, execution, and measurement.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill, synthesize, and draw conclusions from multiple data points and a passion for the influencer universe on all social channels.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
