Job Description
The Operations Executive ensures smooth functioning of retail stores by coordinating operations, legal documentation, and compliance. The role also supports store teams in sales and new store openings.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and complete store opening checklist (staff, stock, POS, branding, licenses).
- Ensure store legal documentation (licenses, renewals) is updated and maintained.
- Act as the point of contact for stores on daily operational queries.
- Support stores with stock, logistics, and customer issue resolution.
- Provide operational assistance to backend / office teams to ensure smooth processes.
Requirements
Education : B. Com / BBA / LLB (preferred).
1–3 years of retail or operations experience.Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Organized, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.Benefits
