Job Purpose
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing Professional to plan and execute strategies that attract landlords, property managers, and PG owners to our platform. The ideal candidate should have experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and brand building for SaaS or real estate tech products.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Generate qualified B2B leads (landlords, brokers, PG owners)
- Run remarketing and drip campaigns to increase conversions
- Optimize CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and LTV (Lifetime Value)
1. Social Media & Content Marketing
Manage social media handles (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)Create engaging content : reels, testimonials, case studies, and infographicsCollaborate with design teams or agencies for creatives and brand identity1. SEO & Website Growth
Manage website SEO and drive organic trafficWrite or coordinate blogs around property management, rent automation, PG business tips, etc.Track analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console) and improve website visibility1. Partnerships & On-ground Marketing
Build partnerships with brokers, PG chains, and real estate agentsPlan local activations near universities, tech parks, or rental hubsAttend expos, real estate fairs, or student housing events1. Reporting & Strategy
Analyze campaign performance metrics and ROISuggest growth strategies and market insightsWork closely with product and sales teams for alignmentRequirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field1–4 years of experience in digital or SaaS marketing (real estate sector preferred)Strong understanding of digital ads, social media, SEO, and content marketingExcellent communication and creative thinking skillsExperience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, CRM software, etc.Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
