The Opportunity :

This opportunity is with our US-based client, a leading technology-driven organization known for its innovative digital solutions. The position will be on the payroll of FINCEPTA , and the selected candidate will work directly with the client team to understand their technical requirements, design efficient solutions, and deliver high-quality result.

Job Type : Full Time

Location : Gurgaon / Delhi NCR (WFH)

Shift : California Time Zone Shift

Role & Responsibility :

  • Collaborate with client-side technical teams to gather, analyze, and understand business requirements.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern front-end frameworks.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
  • Manage the full software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Integrate front-end and back-end systems efficiently and ensure seamless API communication.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve performance, scalability, and integration issues.
  • Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment

Must Have :

  • 2 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Java development (Core Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate).
  • Experience in front-end technologies such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and database design (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).
  • Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and build tools (Maven / Gradle).
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work directly with international clients.

    • Nice-to-Haves :

  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Experience with DevOps tools (Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes).
  • Experience working in a global client-facing environment specifically for US
