Job descriptionExperience in high-rise residential, gated communities, commercial complexes, and institutional projects. Exposure to design coordination, project approvals, and site execution. Certification in green buildings, LEED, or IGBC (preferred but not mandatory).
Requirements Required Skills & Competencies :
- Strong command of architectural principles, urban design, and project planning.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite, and BIM workflows.
- Thorough knowledge of local and national construction codes and green building standards.
- Excellent visualization, presentation, and communication skills.
- Leadership and team management capabilities with a focus on quality and innovation.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
