• Develop, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs for domain-specific generative and conversational use cases.
• Design and implement Agentic AI workflows integrating tool-use, reasoning, and memory components.
• Build scalable pipelines for data curation, prompt optimization, and reinforcement learning (RLHF / RLAIF).
• Collaborate with product and research teams to enhance personalization, contextual understanding, and accuracy of AI agents.
• Optimize inference performance and cost across multi-model and multi-provider LLM architectures.
• Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge open-source and proprietary models for generative and reasoning capabilities.
• Develop and integrate generative audio models for speech synthesis, voice cloning, and emotion-aware conversational experiences.
