Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Supervisor based in Kozhikode. The Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage team performance, ensure adherence to policies, and foster a collaborative work environment. Responsibilities also include coordinating with various departments, problem-solving operational challenges, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Qualifications

Team leadership and management skills

Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with operational workflows and process improvements

Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities

Familiarity with the health and wellness industries is a plus

Relevant educational background or professional certification is an advantage
