Job Description- Product Manager

Overview

Client is leading the security industry with cloud-based security products. Our team is at the forefront with a focus on Purivew Compliance products ( data lifecycle manager, Records manager, compliance manager and Audit) . We are looking to hire a Product Manager for our specific team (Customer Acceleration Team - CAT). This team is a part of Customer Experience Engineering (CxE) organization and works very closely with product engineering, filed (Sales and Marketing and Cloud Solution Architects), strategic customers, and partners. We create deep engineering relationships with the product engineering team to learn about the features of Purview products ( DLM, RM, Audit, CM) and its service architecture, and then educate field, our customers, and our partners how to best deploy and use our products. Our Mission is to help a customer focused product engineering and continuous product innovation by including customer voice during product strategy, design, and development phases. As an Data compliance - CAT Product Manager, you'll play an important role in shaping our security products engineering, enabling customers to protect themselves, and enabling field to position and architect Compliance and Governance solution.

Responsibilities

Subject Matter Expert : be a subject matter expert (level 300 and 400) in

• any one
• the following purview data lifecycle manager, records manager, compliance manager and Audit services. Have a 200-level understanding of purview compliance stack.

Be a trusted advisor to customers and product engineering. Use your cloud security skills to improve our Purview Compliance & Governance products / services, help customers get and stay secure by helping them with deploying our security solutions.

Advocate for our customers : Capture the voice of the customers and synthesize quantitative and qualitative feedback into actionable recommendations in a prioritized manner. Relentlessly champion customer voice to engineering teams and be a change agent to develop innovative ways to handle customer scenarios and resolve complex issues.

Collaborate and work with a global high performing team to help customers learn and deploy our purview compliance product, to educate field and third-party partners, identify technical blockers, gather feature requests, and share them with product teams.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define product specific business objectives and rationalize, prioritize, and execute tasks to successfully achieve goals.

Effectively communicate with quantitative and qualitative data to stakeholders across business reviews.

Partner Development : Collaborate across Security CxE, Field cybersecurity and third-party Partners in supporting skills transfers across our Partners ecosystem to empower our customers, and drive scalability.

Data Compliance enablement Product Manager

Focus on feature customization and telemetry analysis within Compliance Manager, DLM / RM, Priva, Communication Compliance.

Maintain customer-facing documentation, track tenant-level activations, and support internal readiness for audit and regulatory reviews.

Contribute to customer engagement strategies through office hours and feedback loops.

Delivery of updated feature summaries and activation dashboards.

Drive regulatory content development and customer outreach strategy.

Curating customer lists for targeted engagement.

Contributing to internal knowledge assets for knowledge management curation.

Review technical limitations impacting product adoption.

Provide detailed documentation on identified adoption blockers.

Provide training sessions to relevant stakeholders on DLM capabilities.

Establish baseline compliance scores and generate initial compliance assessment reports.

Implement performance monitoring and adoption tracking dashboards accessible by administrators.

Conduct office hours, host training sessions for relevant stakeholders, and manage feedback loops for continuous improvement.
