Job description

Sales and Promotion

Actively promote and sell vehicle loan products to individual customers and businesses through direct sales and referrals.

Customer Assessment

Evaluate customers' financial profiles and recommend the most suitable vehicle loan products based on their needs and eligibility.

Application Support

Guide customers through the entire loan application process, ensuring all required documentation is accurately collected and verified.

Partner Collaboration

Coordinate with automobile dealerships and vendors to facilitate loan processing and vehicle purchases.

Customer Relationship Management

Maintain regular communication with customers to provide status updates on loan applications and address queries promptly.

Target Achievement

Consistently meet or exceed assigned monthly and annual sales targets as determined by the management team.

Compliance and Documentation

Ensure all activities comply with relevant lending regulations and internal policies, maintaining high levels of accuracy and integrity.

Reporting

Prepare and submit timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to the management.

Market Awareness

Stay informed about current vehicle loan products, market conditions, and competitor offerings to provide the best solutions to customers.

Internal Coordination

Work closely with underwriters, loan processors, and other internal teams to streamline loan approval and disbursement processes.
