Business Development Executive (Interior Architecture)

We are hiring on behalf of a leading interior architecture company for the position of Business Development Executive . This client-facing role involves generating, qualifying, and converting leads for residential and commercial interior projects , while closely collaborating with the Principal Architect and Design Team to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through calls, networking, referrals, and social media.
- Respond to client inquiries and assess project requirements (budget, location, scope).
- Conduct meetings (virtual or in-person) and confidently present design services.
- Coordinate with the design team to prepare proposals and quotations.
- Follow up on leads to ensure timely deal closures.
- Maintain accurate lead and client records.
- Represent the studio professionally during client meetings and site visits.
- Support marketing efforts, including participation in events and exhibitions.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales within interior design, architecture, or real estate .Bachelor’s degree in business , Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design , or related field (preferred).Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Highly self-motivated, organized, and target oriented.Knowledge of the Delhi NCR market and willingness to travel locally.Proficiency in MS Office, WhatsApp Business, email, and CRM tools .What We Offer
