We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. This role involves managing paid media and search engine optimization (SEO) campaigns for clients across North America.

The ideal candidate will have experience with planning, launching, and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. They will also be responsible for setting up and managing pixels, tags, and conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, and Meta Events Manager.

Candidates should be able to collaborate with content, design, and account management teams to drive strategy, execution, and reporting. They will need to conduct keyword research, manage on-page and off-page SEO, and coordinate with content teams for optimization.

Key responsibilities include analyzing and reporting campaign performance metrics such as return on ad spend (ROAS), click-through rate (CTR), cost per lead (CPL), and cost per acquisition (CPA). The successful candidate will propose data-driven improvements and manage ads and other paid channels as needed for B2B clients.

This is a collaborative role that requires working closely with designers and content creators to ensure consistent campaign messaging and creative quality. The Digital Marketing Strategist will present campaign insights in client meetings, maintaining clear and confident communication.
