Technical Outsystems Lead -.Net

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead in Outsystems to drive end-to-end delivery, lead a team, and contribute to solution architecture and performance optimization.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers and ensuring the successful design, development, and testing of scalable and secure Outsystems web and mobile applications.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and perform architecture reviews, code optimization, and technical debt assessments.

You will also be responsible for ensuring seamless integrations using REST / SOAP APIs and RDBMS like SQL and Oracle.

Key Responsibilities :

• In this position, you will lead and mentor a team of developers working on Outsystems projects, ensuring high-quality project delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
• You will design, develop, and test scalable and secure Outsystems web and mobile applications, addressing business needs through technical solutions.
• A key aspect of your role will be collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• You will perform architecture reviews, focusing on code optimization and identifying technical debt, ensuring the team follows best practices and efficient coding standards.
• Additionally, you will be responsible for seamless integrations using REST / SOAP APIs and RDBMS such as SQL or Oracle to ensure smooth functionality of applications.

Must-Have Skills :

Education & Qualifications :

Advanced degrees or relevant certifications in Outsystems are preferred.
