Job Overview

The role involves delivering expert supply chain and logistics solutions, interfacing with multiple internal teams, and using advanced analytics and planning tools to address demand-supply gaps and drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and manage projects to improve processes and implement changes effectively.
  • Act as a power user for planning and reporting tools such as PBI, Kinaxis, MES, Oracle, and SAP.
  • Use Python for data manipulation, visualization, and machine learning.
  • Manage supply bills of materials and ensure seamless change management practices.
  • Govern BPO operations to meet service level agreements.
  • Collaborate across time zones to resolve issues.
  • Provide detailed and timely revenue data analysis.
  • Lead and participate in company-wide improvement projects.
  • Continuously improve business and planning practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience with Python / PySpark for data manipulation, visualization, and machine learning.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms like Azure , GCP , or AWS .
  • Experience with SQL for data analysis.
  • Knowledge of the supply chain domain .
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral).

    • Preferred Skills

  • Experience with simulation and optimization .
  • Familiarity with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI .
  • Exposure to business platforms like o9 , Kinaxis , or SAP IBP .
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
  • Strong MS Office skills.
