Analyst - HR Shared Services

Job Description

• Manage the end-to-end employee life cycle (Hire to Retire) in alignment with local and regional HR policies and procedures.
• Handle a variety of HR operational processes with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring compliance with regional guidelines.
• Demonstrate solid understanding and execution of HR processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Respond to and resolve employee and manager inquiries using a case management tool , ensuring high-quality service and issue resolution.
• Prepare and deliver standard HR correspondence for both internal stakeholders and external parties.
• Collaborate with employees, line managers, and HR business partners to support HR operations across the EU region.
• Work closely with the wider HR community, including Centers of Excellence (COEs) , to ensure cohesive and consistent service delivery.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within HR Shared Services.
• Support the HR Shared Services team on ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required.
