Role Overview
We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Google Ad Manager (GAM) Specialist with hands-on experience in ad trafficking, campaign setup, troubleshooting, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital advertising operations and eager to deliver flawless campaign execution across display, video, and rich media formats.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, manage, and optimize display and video campaigns in Google Ad Manager (GAM).
- Create and traffic ad units, placements, key-values, and line items according to media plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely campaign launches and delivery.
- Perform regular QA on tags, creatives, and tracking pixels to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor campaign performance and troubleshoot delivery issues in real-time.
- Manage inventory forecasting, yield optimization, and delivery pacing within GAM.
- Collaborate with Programmatic and Client Success teams for campaign insights and reporting.
- Maintain documentation of processes and contribute to workflow improvements.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience in Ad Operations or Trafficking roles using Google Ad Manager (GAM).Solid understanding of ad serving, targeting, trafficking, and troubleshooting.Familiarity with third-party ad tags, VAST / VPAID, and viewability / tracking pixels.Experience working with DV360, CM360, or other DSPs is a plus.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.Skills Required
