Roles & Responsibilities
Client Consultation & Design
- Understand Client Needs : Engage with customers to understand their preferences, lifestyle, and requirements for luxury furniture, including style, material, andfunctionality.
- Space Planning & Design Advice : Offer design advice and space planning recommendations based on the client’s living space and aesthetic goals.
- Customized Furniture Solutions : Collaborate with clients to create customized or bespoke furniture pieces, ensuring alignment with the luxury standards of the store.
- Product Demonstrations : Explain the unique design features, materials, craftsmanship, and value proposition of each furniture piece.
Customization & Bespoke Furniture Design
Custom Furniture Design : Work closely with clients to create bespoke furniture pieces, considering material selection, upholstery, finishes, and design details.Concept Development & Mood Boards
Develop Design Concepts : Create cohesive design concepts that reflect the client’s vision and incorporate the store’s luxury furniture offerings.Mood Boards & Material Selection : Prepare mood boards that integrate color schemes, textures, materials, and furniture styles to present to clients during consultations.Design Presentations & Client Communicatio n
Presentation Skills : Prepare and present design concepts, custom furniture sketches, and layouts to clients, articulating the creative vision in a clear and compelling manner.Design Revisions : Work iteratively with clients to make design adjustments based ontheir feedback, ensuring that their vision is fully realized.Sales & Customer Relationship Management
Sales Target Achievement : Meet or exceed sales targets set by the management, focusing on driving revenue through personalized sales approaches.Client Relationship Building : Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering after-sales support and maintaining an excellent customer service reputation.Cross-Selling and Up-Selling : Identify opportunities to sell additional or complementary furniture pieces and accessories that enhance the overall look and value of the customer’s home.Luxury Experience Delivery : Ensure that the customer experience is consistent with the luxury brand’s image, offering a high level of attention, service, and professionalism.
