Position : Lead / Sr. Engineer : Java

Location : Pune : Kharadi (Hybrid, 3 Days WFO)

Experience : 8+ years

Mandatory Skills :

Core Java : 7+ years of hands-on experience
Spring Framework / Spring Boot : Strong experience in building robust applications
Google Cloud Platform (GCP) : Minimum 2 years of experience
Apache Beam / Dataflow : Building ETL / data pipelines
Big Data Processing : Working on distributed systems
Databases : Experience with RDBMS, NoSQL, and Cloud-native databases
Data Formats : Working with Flat file, JSON, Avro, XML, including schema and contract definitions
Microservices Architecture : Experience in designing and integrating APIs
Data Structures & Models : Strong understanding of designing efficient data models

Roles & Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications using Java and Spring Boot.

Build and manage Microservices architecture, ensuring smooth API integration and efficient data processing.

Develop and maintain ETL / data pipelines using Apache Beam / Google Dataflow for large-scale data processing.

Work with RDBMS, NoSQL, and cloud-native databases, ensuring optimized data storage and retrieval.

Handle multiple data formats (Flat file, JSON, Avro, XML) with proper schema and contract definitions.

Implement best practices in data structures and design data models for high-performance applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of business-critical features.

Participate in requirement analysis, design discussions, code reviews, and production support.

Ensure system compliance with security, performance, and scalability standards in a cloud environment (GCP).

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
