We are hiring Cluster Head-SLI || BIKANER || 7-8 Years !!!

Job Purpose : Identify and initiate new business areas / opportunities within the given geography (cluster area) so that Business objectives are achieved.

Job Responsibilities(JR) :

  • Sales / Business sourcing
  • Managing portfolio & Compliance
  • Business conduct & Customer relations
  • Team management & Training
  • Operations

Educational Qualifications- Ay Graduate , Post graduate

Key Skills if any-

  • Positive attitude; Sales and Influencing Skills
  • Banking Product & Process Knowledge
  • Planning and Organizing Skills; Communication skills
  • Effective Team management
  • Knowledge of Competition & Current trends in financial Industry
  • Dealing with Internal verticals & external agencies.

    • Total Work Exp. required- : 7- 8 years of experience in banking / microfinance industry, handling loans, client management and Team Handling experience.
