Explainer Video Animator Specialist

Job descriptionStrong proficiency in industry-standard tools, such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Cinema4D / Blender. Ability to work on storyboarding, illustration, motion graphics, character rigging & animation, transitions, and compositing. Solid understanding of visual storytelling, design principles, color theory, and sound integration. Experience in explainer videos for corporates, NGOs, development sector, or advertising is a plus. Self-driven, creative, and able to work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision. Bachelor's degree / diploma in Animation, Design, Multimedia, or related field. Proven portfolio of explainer animation videos across different industries. Full-time availability only (not open for part-time / freelance).
Key Roles and Responsibilities :
We are seeking a highly skilled animation expert to conceptualize and create explainer videos from script to final delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the complete animation pipeline, including storyboarding, illustration, animation, editing, sound design, and final output.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute animation concepts that meet client requirements and deliver visually compelling narratives.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
- Stay updated on the latest animation trends, techniques, and software to enhance production quality.
