Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Support for desktop, laptop, and server systems
• Assist in network configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting
• Support the maintenance of the IT infrastructure and basic system security
• Resolve user issues related to hardware, software, and access
• Monitor system and network performance
