Key Responsibilities:

Independently perform a wide range of general surgical procedures, including laparoscopic and open surgeries.

Provide pre-operative evaluations, surgical planning, and post-operative care for diverse patient populations.

Participate in elective and emergency surgeries including GI, endocrine, hernia, trauma, and soft tissue cases.

Collaborate with anesthetists, intensivists, and diagnostic teams for multidisciplinary case management.

Mentor medical students, interns, and surgical residents during rounds, clinics, and in the operating theatre.

Adhere to strict infection control, surgical safety, and clinical documentation standards.

Engage in quality improvement initiatives, surgical audits, and M&M meetings.

Participate in rural surgical camps, community outreach, and free surgery initiatives for underserved populations.

Contribute to clinical research, surgical innovation, and academic publications.
