Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for recommender systems, NLP, user profiling, image processing, and anomaly detection.
  • Analyze large datasets to uncover meaningful insights and inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines, feature engineering workflows, and model evaluation frameworks.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to integrate ML solutions into consumer-facing products.
  • Build and maintain visualizations and dashboards using Redshift, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools to communicate insights effectively.
  • Continuously explore new algorithms, tools, and techniques to improve ML performance and scalability.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning with consumer internet or B2C products.
  • Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant certification in Data Science.
  • Expertise in machine learning algorithms, including recommender systems, NLP, image processing, and anomaly detection.
  • Strong statistical skills and experience analyzing large, complex datasets.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and ML libraries / frameworks such as NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, Keras, TensorFlow (or equivalents).
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Redshift, Tableau, Looker, or similar.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
