Job descriptionMonitor and maintain order management dashboards in line with business requirements. Drive digitalization efforts for improved order management processes. Ensure timely and accurate material dispatch to customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any order-related issues.
Key Deliverables :
- Manage and process customer orders in ERP, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and manufacturing capacity.
- Analyze customer inquiries and ensure availability of manufacturing criteria and checklists.
- Create and maintain dashboards and KPIs for order management.
- Ensure 100% adherence to order fulfillment and dispatch schedules.
