Job descriptionIdentifying references through the existing customer base to increase the prospective parents’ pipeline Details pertaining to lead discussions & conversion should be updated real-time on ERP software Meet and overachieve the given weekly, monthly, and quarterly target in terms of revenue as well as number of enrolments. Handle objections and reasons for negotiation to increase enrolment of the student Maintain effective communication till the time student is onboarded Responsible for adherence of the inside admission process, tools and data management Good Communication skills. Must be quick learner Ability to handle pressure Prior experience of customer handling Readiness for work in a target-based role. MS Office proficient with skills to handle ERP

The role primarily focuses on the following :
- Responsible to facilitate the entire admission process for prospective parents & address queries of prospective and existing parents
- Follow up on leads generated through various sources and effective conversion of leads
- Providing in-depth information to prospective parents, this includes counselling
through phone, email, chat, social media and face to face
Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience. Preference to be given for the candidates who have earlier worked as an Admission Counsellor in a reputed Preschool.
Qualification : Graduate or Post Graduate
