Description
We are looking for a friendly and efficient Receptionist and Admin to manage our front desk and perform various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our company and will play a key role in ensuring a positive experience for our visitors.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a timely manner.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, brochures).
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone / email.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail / deliveries.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
Skills and Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., EPABX, printers, copiers).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of administrative procedures and customer service principles.Skills Required
