Job Su m mary :

We are seeking a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect with deep expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-grade solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI integration, enabling intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and enhanced user experiences within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across Finance, Operations, Sales, and Customer Service modules.
  • Integrate AI capabilities using Microsoft Azure AI services, Copilot, Power Platform AI Builder, and other relevant tools.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
  • Define and enforce best practices for Dynamics 365 customization, data modeling, and integration.
  • Guide development teams on technical design, code reviews, and performance optimization.
  • Stay current with Microsofts roadmap and emerging AI technologies to drive innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards.
  • Provide thought leadership and mentorship to junior architects and developers.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture, with at least 5 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Proven experience integrating AI into business applications using Azure Cognitive Services, OpenAI, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Data verse.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 SDK, APIs, and custom development using C#, .NET, and JavaScript.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

    Preferred Qualifications :

  • Microsoft Certified : Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.
  • Experience with machine learning models, natural language processing (NLP), and generative AI.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI / CD pipelines for Dynamics 365.
  • Experience in industries such as manufacturing, retail, or financial services is a plus.
