Our team in Chennai currently has an opening for a Manager Sales - Jamshedpur

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct Area mapping to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs for various products – Industrial lubricants.
  • Effectively plan pricing strategies in coordination with the reporting Manager.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking
  • Set up meetings (visits) with existing and potential clients and understand their business requirements
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products / services
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Coordinate with reporting manager for the timely delivery of products
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate / close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Achieve individual and Sales team targets within the specified timeframe ensuring optimum price and volume realization.
  • Identify and develop opportunities in new market and monitor product sales and its performance
  • Develop, Supervise, Motivate and Train team members on sales attainment and customer retention plans.
  • Effectively manage and facilitate team members by providing support in sales target achievement, dealing with issues such as product pricing and delivery within the agreed timelines, etc.
  • Ensure Cordial Customer relations; meeting and exceeding customer expectations about product delivery timelines and quality within the set budgetary boundaries.
  • Timely and accurate submission of MIS and other sales reports to all stakeholders
  • Ensure all Collection targets are met with in the stipulated timelines thereby minimizing delay in receiving client payments.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Graduate / Diploma inany discipline (preferably BE with MBA)
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
