Key Responsibilities
- Facility Maintenance : Supervise the upkeep of classrooms, laboratories, hostels, offices, and common areas to ensure a clean, safe, and functional environment.
- Equipment Maintenance : Monitor, repair, and maintain all mechanical, electrical, and other institutional equipment.
- Safety Compliance : Ensure adherence to safety protocols, fire regulations, and health standards within the campus.
- Staff Supervision : Manage and coordinate maintenance staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
- Record Keeping : Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and inventories.
- Budget Management : Monitor and manage maintenance budgets, procurement of materials, and cost control.
- Communication : Liaise with administration, faculty, and external vendors regarding maintenance issues and requirements.
Educational Qualification & Experience
2 (Higher Secondary) and a Bachelor's degree in any field.Prior experience in maintenance, facility management, or related roles is an advantage.Skills Required
