Job description

We’re Hiring – HR Manager at BizFoc!

We’re looking for an HR professional with 2–2.5 years of experience to join our growing team of 35+ people at BizFoc .

You’ll handle hiring, onboarding, employee engagement , and help us build a strong team culture as we scale.

What you’ll do :

  • Manage end-to-end hiring and onboarding
  • Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee queries
  • Plan team activities and support performance reviews
  • Work closely with management to build a great workplace

What we’re looking for :

  • 2–2.5 years of experience in HR (startup experience is a plus)
  • Location - Nehru Place Delhi , Full Time
  • Good communication, ownership, and people skills
  • Passion for creating a positive and growing team culture
  • Salary : ₹28,000–₹40,000 per month (based on experience and fit)
