Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee, Product Support - Agentic AI

In this role, you%27ll be part of Genpact%27s transformation under GenpactNext, as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutions-domain-specific, autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. You%27ll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines.Responsibilities

• .Support Implementation : Assist implementation teams in deploying AI products effectively, addressing technical challenges under supervision.
• .Pre-sales Support : Collaborate with pre-sales teams to understand and communicate product capabilities, helping tailor solutions to meet client needs.
• .Demo Preparation : Prepare and participate in product demonstrations that showcase the features and benefits of our AI solutions to potential clients.
• .Client Engagement : Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide guidance on product usage and optimization.
• .Documentation : Help maintain documentation of product features, updates, and best practices to support both internal teams and clients.
• .Feedback Loop : Gather feedback from clients and pre-sales teams to inform product development and enhancements.
