About the Role :
We are seeking a English speaker, to join our team in India as a Language and Accent
Trainer. The role involves training employees in spoken English, with a focus on
accent, business communication, cross-cultural interaction, and
customer service etiquette. The goal is to help our workforce meet global
communication standards, especially for working with clients.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct regular training sessions on English pronunciation,intonation, and fluency
Design and deliver accent neutralization and accent enhancement modules
Improve employee confidence in verbal communication, telephone etiquette, and email writing
Provide coaching on cross-cultural communication, especially in relation to business practices
Tailor training programs for different departments such as customer support, tech support, etc.
Create and assess pre- and post-training evaluations to measure improvement and training effectiveness
Work closely with management and team leads to identify specificcommunication challenges
Stay updated with modern language training techniques and tools
Qualifications : Fluency in English
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in English, Communication, Linguistics, or
related fields)
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in English language training, accent coaching, or communication skills development
Experience working with is an advantage
Familiarity with business cultures
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and coaching skills
Preferred Profile :
Willing to relocate to or work in India for a fixed term
Passion for teaching, coaching, and developing professionals
Experience in corporate training or BPO / IT / Customer Support sectors is
preferred
