Roles and responsibilities
- Ensure timely & accurate recording of transactions including implementation of automation projects. Perform review to ensure accuracy of reporting. Drive digital adoption.
- Interact with auditors and complete Quarterly and annual accounts. Preparation of reports for board reporting.
- Ensure statutory compliances under fiscal statutes (Direct / Indirect taxation, RBI regulations etc.)
- Effective tax planning & management
- Management of funds to improve the returns and working capital management
- Track & monitor budget vs actual and report variances and enforce corrective actions. Publishing MIS in a timebound manner.
- Implement systems for account level P&L measurement for large clients
- Support business in pricing decisions and contract negotiations
- Analyse and benchmark financial metrics Vs competition
- Performance of project wise / company level FTE analysis for optimization of billable resource rate and reduction in bench cost
- Optimize and ensure adequate Insurance cover
- Assess M&A opportunities, participate in due diligence and assist in negotiation
- Analyse and benchmark financial metrics Vs competition
- Cost reduction and profit improvement initiatives

Required skills :
Experience in SAP.Exposure to various accounting functions.Note : Candidate should be from an IT company with sound commercial knowledge of accounting standards and fiscal laws.
